SERVICE POLICIES

• For lash extensions, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Eye makeup, mascara, or oils can affect retention.
• For brow services, avoid applying creams, oils, or makeup around the brow area before your appointment.
• If you have a history of eye infections, skin conditions, or allergic reactions, please inform your technician prior to booking.
• A patch test is available upon request and may be required for new clients, can book this online.

PAYMENTS

•Please bring CASH to your appointment

• All services must be paid in full at the time of appointment.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

• For safety and sanitation reasons, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area.

• Please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment.
• If failed to do this will result in getting turned away and charged for the appointment.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
• Coming to appointment unwell you will be turned away and charged for the appointment.
